My passion is helping women at every age and level of athleticism learn and excel with strength training. In the world of training and physical therapy there is a serious void to the education and guidance given to women during pregnancy and postpartum. I aim to remedy this problem.

With thousands of hours working with pregnant and postpartum athletes, I have been in the trenches and seen firsthand how strong and truly resilient the woman's body is. With direction, information, and empowerment, any woman can take the reins with their health and fitness.
